27 Positive Night Affirmations

Affirmations are like Sanskrit Mantras, in that they are short, repeated verbal phrases you can think or say to cultivate a certain type of mood, outcome, or energy attraction. Affirmations can be defined as positive statements you repeat as a form of mental meditation. They keep your mind focused on the good things of the present moment, promoting feelings of calm and relaxation.
Words matter, and it is true that the words that matter most are the ones you say to yourself, and as affirmations are words you say to yourself, and you talk to yourself anyway, why not develop a pattern of saying kind things on repeat?
In this way, I view affirmations as a way you can create a pattern of speaking words of love to yourself, and for this reason, they are great to use for winding down in the evening.
Using affirmations through repeating them before you go to sleep can promote positive thinking, and foster an inner world of confidence of success, allowing you to let go of the day and step into your bedtime routine.
I like affirmations in the evenings, repeating them at the end of a day, as much as I like using them to start my day, but I have to use different affirmations at night.
So below, I wanted to share with you some of the best affirmations for nighttime I’ve incorporated yet:
1 - I offered my personal best today.
2 - Today I gave my focus to what matters most in my life.
3 - I completed all the necessary tasks I had planned.
4 - I was loving and caring to myself and others today.
5 - I offered my attention to everyone I care most about today.
6 - Today I offered my talent where it made the biggest difference.
7 - I left room for a bit of play in my day.
8 - I allowed myself time to focus on my dream.
9 - I performed all the jobs given to me today with excellence.
10 - My higher self is proud of what I achieved today.
11 - I loved many parts of my day.
12 - My intuition was accurate all day today.
13 - I am pleased about the way today turned out.
14 - My day was relaxing and calm.
15 - I enjoyed my experiences with other people today.
16 - I learned something new today.
17 - Today was special to me in many ways.
18 - I am looking forward to what tomorrow brings.
19 - I am going to sleep well tonight.
20 - My evening is going as planned.
21 - I enjoy the time I had to spend on my hobbies today.
22 - I can easily relax tonight.
23 - I am safe and comfortable right now.
24 - I am in an environment that loves me.
25 - I can easily relax as I anticipate the next day.
26 - Whatever the outcome today, I was able to adapt.
27 - My day was full of joy and many moments of love.
Repeat them as you wind down for a good night, and notice how you feel when you wake up. To promote a more positive night time mindset over time, try sticking with a few of the same phrases for 21 days, or about as long as it takes to cement a pattern for you.
